How It All Started

It was a summer trip that changed everything. Our founder and a few close friends packed up their gear for a week of kayaking, surfing, and open-water swimming along the coast. But between broken paddles, ill-fitting wetsuits, and gear that just didn't hold up - the trip was more frustrating than fun.

That's when the idea hit: why is it so hard to find quality water activity gear in one place? Surfers, divers, kayakers, paddleboarders — everyone was hunting across a dozen different stores for the right equipment. There had to be a better way.

Building Waveora

Back home, our founder got to work. After months of researching suppliers, testing products on the water, and talking to fellow water sports enthusiasts, Waveora was born — a one-stop shop for everyone who lives for water activities.

We started small, with a curated selection of essentials: boards, paddles, wetsuits, snorkeling kits, and safety gear. Every product was personally tested and chosen for performance, durability, and value. If it didn't pass the test on the water, it didn't make the cut.
